Question by Terry: Question about a DUI Iam Recieveing?
First let me apologize…Never thought I would be the one who would be the danger on the roads for drinking and driving. So the police officer told me I was Recieving A DUI and I blew A 2…Im not sure what this means and how far away from the legal limit I was but I do know that I got the highest level of DUI’s which they called a Tier 3…Can anyone explain this to me.. I live in PA,,,Thanks for the advice

I haven’t had a DUI but I know in PA they are pretty strict. Did you call a lawyer?
